Is 32 degrees too cold to run?
Aside from being a little uncomfortable, 32 degrees is not too cold to go for a run outside. This is going to sound vain and it is, but I enjoy the cold because it gives me a reason to buy more running gear. I also look forward to it because it is a good change to the environment and keeps training fresh.
