1. We prefer to take our own fresh water for drinking in the caravan tanks. When connected to town supply with enough pressure it over rides the fresh pump supply and delivers town to the taps. (Normal). To access fresh we need to turn town off, pump supply on and pump power on to be sure to have fresh at the taps.
How is the Jayco water pump connected to the tank?
Isolate the tanks using two taps and use each tank seperately. No more problems. The tanks are connected to the pump via a cheapish selector valve, only one tank at a time can be used.
Why does water pour out of my Silverline tank?
21 ft Silverline 21.65-3, 21 ft Silverline 21.65-4, 21 ft Silverline 21.65-3 Outback, etc… I have filled my water tanks. When I engage the pump, water pours out of the hose connection I have had that problem, I found that the fitting where your hose connects to has a one way valve in it. I had to replace that fitting to solve the problem.

Is there a problem with Jayco silvetline 2014?
Changing it is a pain too, as it has to be done on the inside of the filler door. We have a problem with the hot water on gas it won’t ignite. Jayco Silvetline 2014. Bought a 2019 Silverline 19.6 2nd hand & having great difficulty setting up the Alexa etc. In one manual it says use WiFi, next says use Bluetooth then next I read everything must go through the Winegard. Am so confused. So far I have been able to set up Alexa & Livinup but as for getting Alexa to turn lights on etc have had no luck. Help please
