Why does my propane fridge not stay lit?
Flame sensor (thermocuople) not positioned correctly or not working. There should be a wire in the flame. This senses if a flame is actually burning based on heat. Can you see the flame on a propane refrigerator?
If you can see the flame, make sure it is steady and not moving side to side or being pushed down. The flame should be straight up. Make sure there are no other restrictions around the burner as well. The problem with checking this is most of the time is you would have to pull the fridge out to remove the baffle and inspect the tube.
Where is the propane burner on an RV fridge?

What to do when your propane heater wont light up?
If you don’t, get an electrical diagram of the unit, which usually comes with the owner’s manual, and you can find out where the underlying cause is. If your propane heater sparks but will not light, the gas cylinder that supplies it may be empty or the gas may even be shut off.
